At the beginning of next June, a new work will be available that I hope will be useful to all those who launch entrepreneurial projects and then are not quite sure how to follow up on them, evolve them, improve them, and so on.
(Update: book published and already in use. More information here).
In this short work, I show you how to manage a project from the moment a first version is launched through what I call the Lean MP method and its Procedure Matrix. It is a practical book, based on my own experience.
In less than two hours of reading, I will explain how to implement a simple and effective method to answer the following questions:
How do I manage and move the project forward after launching it?
Is there a way to automate and systematize that work?
How can I keep it moving without having to dedicate all my time to it and delegate instead?
Can the management of a business, and therefore its results, be systematized?
How do I apply the lean methodology to advance and progress in my entrepreneurial project?
This is the same method we use in the management of Picly.io and that I personally apply in other types of activities.
